Terms and Conditions of Service

Techmaster Electronics LLC is referred to herein as “Techmaster”. The customer purchasing goods or services from Techmaster is hereinafter referred to as the “Customer.” Customer’s acceptance of goods or services provided by Techmaster shall manifest the Customer’s consent to the following terms and conditions. However, Techmaster reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any purchase order submitted by the Client on the grounds of non-payment.

Techmaster will provide the Services referred to in the agreements, referring to the corresponding quotation. The services requested by the client will be performed by the agreed specifications, i.e., location, time, and day agreed upon (excluding Techmaster holidays) unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Quotation

Techmaster Electronics, LLC will invoice the customer on a per-item serviced basis. Missing or incorrect descriptions may result in incorrect pricing and require revision. Techmaster agrees to maintain the quoted calibration service price for 90 days from the date of issuance of the quotation.

  1. Calibration

All items quoted for calibration will be calibrated to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ANSI/NCSL-Z540-1-1994, or Traceable calibration. Accredited calibrations will be performed in the laboratory utilizing recognized and valid methods, traceable equipment standards per these procedures, or suitable replacements. Unless otherwise stated, measurements will be in accordance to the manufacturer’s specifications, and when making in or out-of-tolerance statements in conformance with ILAC-G8:2019 simple acceptance decision rule, uncertainties will be reported, and it is up to the customer to consider them in their compliance.

All Techmaster calibration lab equipment is traceable to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Metrology) or another NMI (National Metrological Institute). There are significant differences between the calibration services we offer.   1. Repair

For calibration services, pricing does not include repairs in the event instrument fails calibration. All units will incur a $150 evaluation fee if submitted for repair; this amount will be deducted from the total repair cost if the estimate is approved and unit is repaired by Techmaster Electronics, LLC. Under certain special conditions, this may be negotiable. A calibration event will incur a charge reg regardless of the outcome (Pass/Fail) if it is determined the event was substantially performed.

  1. Purchase Orders

Customer’s submission of a Purchase Order or acceptance of calibration service in response to Techmaster’s quotation shall be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.  If Customer’s Purchase Order sets forth different terms or conditions, Techmaster’s terms and conditions shall take precedence.

  1. Transportation

Domestic Shipping: Unless shipping or freight costs are priced and quoted by the seller prior to the order, they are to be the responsibility of the buyer; the seller does not assume any responsibility or liability for loss or damage to items/packages once they are handed to the shipping/freight carrier.

International Shipping: All shipments, from whatever source to and from, shall be contingent upon prior approval of the order by Seller, and after such prior approval, upon the effect of accidents, embargoes, or any cause, natural or otherwise, beyond the control of this Seller. Seller, in effect, assumes no liability hereunder for damages, duties, penalties, or failure to ship any order.

All Products are prepared by Seller for United states land shipment only under this Agreement. Any special preparations for shipment water or foreign trade outside of the United States must be arranged by buyer.

  1. Prices, Invoicing, and Payments

Subcontract prices listed are subject to change due to factors that may be out of Techmaster’s control.

Agreement is renewable after one year, if remaining in effect, and may be subject to a renewal increase, not to exceed 3.5%.

This agreement is governed and enforced by the laws of the state where the related Techmaster’s facility is located. Techmaster’s complete terms and conditions apply to this agreement and all other conditions are available for review at www.techmaster.us.

2.5% processing fee is applied for payment by Credit Card.

Services may be subject to additional fees to meet per-event minimums, as well as for ancillary on-site costs and those associated with travel and per diem for overnight stays.

  1. Modification of Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
