Techmaster Electronics Calibration Services

Techmaster offers three basic levels of calibration services to meet our customer’s needs and provide them with the highest level of service. We strive to maintain the shortest possible turn-around times and the highest quality standards with our ongoing commitment to customer service and our rigorous internal quality and technical standards.

Additionally, our integrity is ensured by ongoing external accreditation audits by an ILAC MRA signatory

All Techmaster calibration lab equipment is traceable to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Metrology) or another NMI (National Metrological Institute). Commercial Calibration:

The most basic calibration service we offer, while still maintaining the level of quality you might expect from a manufacturer. This calibration includes a full set of performance tests, NIST traceable calibration certificate, calibration label and tamper evident cal void seals.

ANSI/NCSL Z540.1:

ANSI/NCSL Z540.1 is the United States quality standard required primarily for aerospace and defense customers. This calibration will include a full set of performance tests, calibration test data for all parameters, test accuracy ratios and reporting compliant to the ANSI/NCSL Z540.1 standard, NIST traceable calibration certificate, calibration label and tamper evident cal void seals.

ISO/IEC 17025 Accredited Calibration:

ISO/IEC 17025 is the global standard for the technical competence of calibration and test laboratories. Certification through ANAB verifies both the technical competency of our laboratories and our staff as well as adherence to a strict quality program. ANAB thoroughly assesses our capabilities and processes, validates and approves the parameters of measurement, best-stated uncertainties for each range and test, and even evaluates our calibration techniques, procedures, and equipment. This level of calibration assures the highest level of confidence in your test equipment.

An Accredited calibration includes full performance testing, complete data reporting, and measurement uncertainties in accordance with the 17025 standard. Calibration labeling and void seals will also be applied. In full compliance with the standard and YOUR quality requirements, you will also receive a NIST traceable calibration certificate bearing the logo of our accreditation body and our lab’s certificate number.
