How does a repair work?

Send the make, model and serial number with a description of the fault and any error codes. We diagnose the fault and send a quote with the expected timeline and warranty terms for your approval. After repair, the instrument is calibrated and returned with its certificate.

What calibration comes after the repair?

The directly relevant accredited capabilities are DC and AC high voltage (to 100 kV at Vista and 150 kV at San Antonio) and RF and microwave measurement at Vista, Santa Clara and Orlando. Several immunity-generator parameters are outside that scope and are handled as NIST-traceable work. Exact ranges and uncertainties are on our published accreditation scope.
