  • Leakage current measurement errors on electrical safety analyzers, often from a damaged measuring circuit or relay.
  • Damaged applied-part and test lead connections, giving intermittent or failed readings.
  • Defibrillator analyzer load or energy measurement faults after many high-energy discharges.

How does a repair work?

Send the make, model and serial number with a description of the fault and any error codes. We diagnose the fault and send a quote with the expected timeline and warranty terms for your approval. After repair, the instrument is calibrated and returned with its certificate.

What calibration comes after the repair?

Electrical measurements fall under the DC and low-frequency electrical discipline on our ANAB ISO/IEC 17025 scope. Patient simulators are not on the scope at any Techmaster lab and are certified NIST-traceable. Exact ranges and uncertainties are on our published accreditation scope.
