We repair instruments from many manufacturers, including older and discontinued models where parts are available. Techmaster is an independent laboratory, not a manufacturer-authorized service center.

How does a repair work?

Send the make, model and serial number with a description of the fault and any error codes. We diagnose the fault and send a quote with the expected timeline and warranty terms for your approval. After repair, the instrument is calibrated and returned with its certificate.

What calibration comes after the repair?

DC and low-frequency electrical calibration (DC voltage to 1.1 kV, current to 1,000 A via shunts, clamp-on current to 1,025 A) is on the ANAB scope at all four accredited labs. High voltage is accredited to 100 kV at Vista and 150 kV at San Antonio, high resistance to 10 PΩ at San Antonio only, and AC high current to 1,500 A at Orlando and San Antonio.
