Does every Techmaster sale or rental include a calibration certificate?
Yes. Every Techmaster sale, rental, and refurbished unit ships with an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration certificate against ANAB Cert AC-1736 — including full measurement uncertainties and NIST traceability. No separate calibration PO is required. Z540 and traceable-only certificate options are available on request.
How fast can a rental ship?
Most rentals dispatch within 1–2 business days from receipt of PO. Free local pickup and delivery is included in Silicon Valley, Southern California, and Orlando. Nationwide shipping is available on every rental.
Can I convert a rental into a purchase?
Yes. Rent-to-own conversion is available at any point during the rental term — applied rental fees are credited toward the purchase price. This lets you validate the instrument in your application before committing capital. Contact your account manager or sales@techmaster.us to convert.
Do you supply legacy or OEM-discontinued equipment?
Yes. Refurbished & certified inventory is one of Techmaster’s specialties. We routinely supply HP / Agilent / Keysight, Fluke, Tektronix, Rohde & Schwarz, Anritsu, Brüel & Kjær, Druck, Beamex, Thermotron, Espec, and dozens of other manufacturers going back to the 1980s — including units the OEM has declared end-of-service. Each refurb is restored to OEM specification and ships with a 90-day Techmaster warranty.
What warranty do refurbished units carry?
Every refurbished & certified unit carries a 90-day Techmaster parts-and-labor warranty. If a hardware fault arises within the warranty window, we repair the instrument at no charge. New OEM-current units carry the full OEM factory warranty (typically 1–3 years).
