Do you repair internal pressure transducers and temperature reference probes?
Yes. We replace and rebuild internal pressure modules and reference probes from Fluke, Druck, Additel, Beamex, and Ametek units. Every replacement is followed by a NIST-traceable calibration of the full instrument before it ships back.
Will my repaired calibrator still meet its uncertainty budget?
Yes. Every repaired calibrator is verified against NIST-traceable standards before it ships back. Repairs include ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration against ANAB Cert AC-1736 by default, with full measurement uncertainties stated on the certificate.
Do you repair legacy Fluke and Druck calibrators no longer supported by the OEM?
Yes, legacy support is one of Techmaster’s specialties. We repair Fluke 525A, HP / Agilent calibrators, Druck DPI series predating current models, and Beamex / Additel units going back to the 1990s, including parts the OEM has discontinued.
What happens if the calibrator can’t be economically repaired?
We provide a written diagnosis report and credit the evaluation fee toward a refurbished or rental replacement from our Sales & Rentals inventory. We never charge repair labor if the unit is unrepairable.
