How does a repair work?

Send the make, model and serial number with a description of the fault and any error codes. We diagnose the fault and send a quote with the expected timeline and warranty terms for your approval. After repair, the instrument is calibrated and returned with its certificate.

What calibration comes after the repair?

The certificate level after repair depends on the functions. Electrical DC and low-frequency functions are on the ANAB ISO/IEC 17025 scope at all four accredited labs, and pressure from −12 psi to 10,000 psi (15,000 psi at San Antonio).
