Environmental Chamber Repair

Techmaster repairs environmental test chambers, including temperature and humidity chambers and thermal shock chambers, along with particle counters. After repair, chambers are calibrated before they go back into service; environmental chamber calibration is on our ANAB ISO/IEC 17025 scope at the Santa Clara and Orlando laboratories.

We repair instruments from many manufacturers, including older and discontinued models where parts are available. Techmaster is an independent laboratory, not a manufacturer-authorized service center.

How does a repair work?

Send the make, model and serial number with a description of the fault and any error codes. We diagnose the fault and send a quote with the expected timeline and warranty terms for your approval. After repair, the instrument is calibrated and returned with its certificate.

What calibration comes after the repair?

Environmental chamber calibration is on the ANAB ISO/IEC 17025 scope at the Santa Clara and Orlando laboratories only. Techmaster does not calibrate particle counters, and they are not on the scope at any Techmaster lab. After repair, a particle counter is calibrated by its manufacturer or an authorized service provider. Exact ranges and uncertainties are on our published accreditation scope.
