What usually drifts
- ESD simulators drift in discharge current waveform as relays and tips wear.
- LISN impedance changes after overcurrent, which shifts conducted emission results.
- Antenna factors change if elements or baluns are bent, even slightly.

Frequently asked questions
Is ESD simulator calibration accredited?
Partly. High voltage and RF measurement are on our ANAB scope, but several ESD and surge waveform parameters are outside it and are certified NIST-traceable. We tell you which applies before calibration.
Do you calibrate LISNs?
Yes. LISNs are the EMC instrument we calibrate most often. Send the model, the number of lines and the standard you test to for a quote.
Which lab calibrates high-voltage EMC equipment?
Vista, to 100 kV, and San Antonio, to 150 kV. Both are on our ANAB scope.
