What is the standard turnaround time for calibrator calibration?
Standard turnaround is 5 business days from receipt of the calibrator. Expedite calibration (1–2 business days) is available on most multifunction and process calibrators for a nominal fee. Contact your account manager or sales@techmaster.us to schedule expedited service.
Do you offer on-site calibrator calibration?
Yes. We provide on-site calibration for portable and rack-mounted calibrators at customer facilities anywhere in the continental United States — minimizing the time your primary references leave the lab. Travel and setup fees apply based on location and equipment volume.
