Where is accredited calibration performed?
Techmaster’s ANAB ISO/IEC 17025 scope (certificate AC-1736) covers four laboratories. Each instrument goes to the lab whose scope covers it:
- Vista, CA (San Diego): RF and microwave, high voltage to 100 kV, pipettes, gauss meters
- Santa Clara, CA (Silicon Valley): vibration, dimensional, force, environmental chambers, RF
- Orlando, FL: RF and microwave, environmental chambers, high current
- San Antonio, TX: torque to 1,000 lbf·ft, 150 kV, 15,000 psi, 10 PΩ
Particle counters are not on the ANAB scope at any Techmaster lab, and Techmaster does not calibrate them. Patient simulators and optical radiometers are not on the ANAB scope at any Techmaster lab either; they receive NIST-traceable certificates, not ISO/IEC 17025 accredited ones.
